Concerts, banquets and Bees! We’ve been busy this spring preparing for camp and here are some highlights:
- Our spring banquet raised over $22,000 for our new pedal car activity and for finishing Founders Lodge
- Our spring work bee on April 11 saw over 50 people come to clean, clear trees from our reclaimed beach area, and install subfloor in Founders Lodge – thanks to all those generous volunteers!
- Founders Lodge now has flooring! Carpet and vinyl tile were installed throughout by a generous volunteer.
- The Taylors fundraising concert for One Hope Canada, our parent organization, was an awesome evening of spiritual challenge, thanks to all the generous donors for making this a success, over $4000 was raised.
Right now we’re getting our campsite ready for school and church rentals that arrive in May and June, then it’s onto summer camp preparations… only 67 more days!
