Work Crew is a special ‘camp within a camp’ designed for teens. Cabin Leaders are assigned as Work Crew Bosses and provide 24 hour supervision and leadership. Because sessions are two to three weeks long, participants can build deep, lasting friendships. Work Crew may be the most difficult thing you’ve ever done, but it may also be one of the most powerful experiences of your life. If you want to know God and serve Him, Work Crew may be the camp for you. RLBC is looking for teenagers who can serve others joyfully without seeking attention or glory for themselves. Campers will be selected following an application process. If you are not accepted you will receive a full refund.
